REFUND AND RETURN POLICY: In the event of a cancelation, payment is nonrefundable. Store credit can be applicable if the order is cancelled within a 2-week period before the scheduled order date. If the order has been fulfilled but is not picked up on the scheduled date, the order will be held for up to 1 week, depending on the product chosen. Call the bakery to schedule a further pick up time. If the order fails to be made, the full amount will be refunded. If a customer is unhappy with the order, a minimum of %75 of the order needs to be brought back in order for a refund to be considered.
